For Faenza Group, this cannot be lowered and is not expressed solely in the quality of printing, but above all in the quality of the services we offer our customers. This becomes tangible through proactive and caring attention to the needs of the customer, who is effectively the real trendsetter of our development strategies. Based on the needs that have emerged a number of times recently, we have decided to invest in developing our digital printing area. This is a field that is seeing two-digit growth now. It represents an entrepreneurial and corporate effort that cannot be ignored and that has become a reality with the commissioning of a new colour press to ensure high productivity: the Ricoh 9100. This technology allows us to increase our production capacity by 50%, but also to fill and deliver orders much faster. The latest Ricoh will go alongside the HP12000 – the first one purchased in Italy and already in operation for over a year – and it will soon be flanked by another new Ricoh 8100 for the production of manuals, books and catalogues in black and white. Thanks to these important investments, integrated with our in-house bookbinding department, we can guarantee numerous finishes with a very short lead time.
